Autolink Motors are probably the most awful company that I have dealt with in the UK. If you have no self respect for yourself then please go ahead and buy your car from these cowboys. Despite the fact that I spent a 5 figure sum in their showroom they treated me like dirt. Sold me the car with apparently with a A1 Gold warranty but when it came repairing it with a fault with 12 months, they played all the tricks in the book to avoid helping me. When I finally found a garage to fix my car after 2 months, they refused to let the warranty company A1 Approved fix it and made me tow my broken car back to them, just to tell me that they were never going to repair the car. I really have no idea how these dodgy traders sleep at night. They talk in front of you in arabic and walk away without answering any of your questions. I have never felt so small and insulted in my life. I would urge you to never buy from these people. Save your diginity and your money. I can promise you it is not worth any car in the world.

What a strange setup, do Autolink Motors actually want to sell cars? I saw a car I wanted to buy online so phoned them for more details about it. I spoke to a monosyllabic adolescent who gave me no information at all. Then my daughter tried she was told to ring before travelling to the site so that they could get the car out. I travelled 120 miles from my home and phoned them at midday to say I would be there at 3pm. On arrival the man I spoke to didn’t even know which car I was talking about. We finally found it in a corner with several cars in front of it, it was so dark I couldn’t see it properly so asked them to get it out so that I could test drive it. I was told to go to the office to see the paperwork while they got it out. The office is in a separate building, up a steep staircase. There were 3 people sitting at the foot of the stairs smoking. They stared at me in an intimidating way as I passed through the nicotine cloud, it was quite uncomfortable . I was offered a price for the part exchange of my car which was £500 less than that quoted by “We buy any car.com”, when I went back downstairs they still hadn’t got the car out for me to see! I was the only customer in the place but they couldn’t be bothered to sell me a car for £11,000! Is this really a car sales showroom or something else?

Tried to sell a cat c car off as not being in an accident and refused me a refund. Bunch of crooks. Any positive comments on here I swear are from their friends. They shut down then re-open. Avoid Autolink Motors- you have been warned!

We went to see a Nissan Qashqai and the sales guy at Autolink Motors was trying to rush through and was really patronising. When we asked to take the car out for test drive we were told there was a £100 'deposit'!! Never have I ever seen any dealer ask this. To top it off if you didn't buy the car they would return the money after 28 days, and deduct £10 for 'valeting'!? So ridiculous. Extremely poor customer service. Rude staff pathetic sales. Avoid at all costs. Thank god we found these reviews for this dealership and our experience is same as the other reviews here.

Our car we bought from Autolink Motors caught fire for no apparent reason and only 3 days after we purchased it. When we tried to return the car the guys there got really agressive and were physically threatening us. Luckily, we got our money back via our credit card company as it was the clear case, even though they kept accusing us we put the car on fire on purpose. Avoid!

Please stay away from Autolink Motors. Trust me they deserve Investigated by BBC watchdog.

I bought range rover for £26000 and they told me full service history with land rover and I believe them bought the car and I called land rover for booking for service and they told me there no service history for this car . liars. i called auto link 3 4 times every time they are saying call back next week . now I don't call them. AVOID.

Travelled from Stoke on Trent, Autolink Motors knew we were coming. Arrived after as you can imagine a long journey. We asked if there was any chance of a coffee, we were told that after we had viewed the vehicle there was a Costs Coffee over the road, not quite the answer we were looking for. We discussed the Hummer H2. I was not happy with the part exchange price so said would buy the vehicle with no part exchange and as such asked about discount, we were swiftly told that no discount was available. So to summarize no coffee no discount and we bought no car. Customer service costs nothing, coffee Pennie's. Interesting experience. The vehicle was well over £20,000 and no discount for no part exchange. The vehicle was not even particularly competitively priced, although not over prices. We did buy a Hummer H2 from an alternative garage, we needed the vehicle for towing.

i was looking for a car for my mrs Went to view a vauxhall Astra GTC , car was nice the but the sales person was so rude standing on side staring at us like we gone steal the car i touch the sat nave screen guy told me dont tuch anything if u dont know (btw i drive top of the range E class merc ) my mrs got pissed off n told me lets get out of here. Very rude person not interested in selling, didn't let us test drive Pathetic coustmer service, later checked reviews n thanks God we r safe. Be safe n avoid this dealer.
