Hi, I purchased a car from Carland Online Ltd. I would like ask you guys if you have any contact number to owner of that garage Mr. MOSHIN CHAUDRY T/A CARLAND. He is owes me 2k but can't find him. Please send me on email if you have any information on him (mobile or address) tomib332@gmail.com.
I have had a large list of issues with the car. Told the dealers the issues and offered to cover some of the costs myself, gave them my bank details and since then they have done absolutely nothing and completely ignored me. I would not recommend at all.

What i can say about Carland Online. I bought the car in march, yes 6 months ago. I am still fighting with them as the car is totally dead £1000 for repairs spent in first months.
In May I purchased an Audi A4 from this dealership, all in all it was in good condition and very good value for money.I have had no major issues and will be recommending this dealership to my friends and family.

I bought a car for 13k and after one month I realize is problem with steering rack. They say I have 6 month guarantee on that car. After 3 month when I found how much with cost me repair I visit back garage. From beginning I was ignore and always send to another person. Finally I took them to court and now I'm stuck cos they move and no have contact with them. Unhappy for service, mechanic didn't know how start car for run !!!

I bought a Vauxhall Insignia from this dealership back in May. There was actually a mix up with the cars and I ended up with a slightly different one. There have been a few issues with the air con and the steering but I have not been back to the dealership for the repairs so can't really make a judgement on how well they resolved it cause they didn't.

Worse dealership on earth. Was sold a car which was totally damaged. Power steering cut out within a week of having the car. The car had an oil leak and the coolant was dried up. The sales people are totally rude and unhelpful and it took over a month to get my money back. Avoid at all cost. I believe i only got my money back because of the new law which entitles me to a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase.
Bought the car 2 months ago from Carland Online, after few days broke. Its seen mechanic 4 times now and ive paid lots for repairs. At the moment i am returning my car to them, its totally rubbish what they are selling. Avoid better off buying on ebay.
