We called into Hamlets Motor Company just to look anyway landed up buying a VW Tiguana great service they couldn’t do enough to help us & jezzz did we need help, nothing was to much trouble Thanks especially to Stuart from Deadlegs aka Jim & Fran Devine, actually asked Stuart to keep eyes peeled for a likkle car for my Grandson.

Bought a 2012 SLK 200 just over a year ago now,i am about 15 miles from Hamlet Neston had a minor issue after the sale Tim the owner was injured and it was difficult to see him direct,but soon as he was available he sorted me out he was even willing to refund me the full price of the SLK and return my part ex and this was several weeks after my purchase so i respect that. I have in the year of owning my car popped in to view stock and they have even removed error codes on the spot if they had the time and today again removed an error code i suspect my Racechip triggered,this was done because i was an existing customer out of my warranty even for zero charge so do not believe they have no after care as when they had time they were willing to help,i would buy again from Hamlet as i think if your case is good Tim would sort you out or refund you.

If you are thinking of buying another car, make sure you buy it from Hamlet Motors. My wife and I have recently purchased a Toyota Corolla Verso from them and was given the best customer service that I have ever experienced. All Of the staff, especially Stuart the sales advisor were very friendly and helpful making it a smooth trouble free transaction. After driving the car for a few weeks, it developed a problem with the driveshaft. We took the car back to Hamlet Motors and it was fixed without any issues, and was fixed for the following day. The fault wasn’t even covered by the warranty but it was no trouble, and they fixed it at their expense. Really happy with this dealership, it’s not often you find an honest and friendly car dealer that will go out of their way to help you. Thanks for the great customer service, we will return to buy another car from you.

Bought a range rover sport a few months ago. Has been enjoyable ever since have not had one problem with it. Was a pleasure to buy from hamlet as was aloud to look around the car with no pushy salesmen standing over me. took the car for a test drive alone after leaving my details and car keys. when i picked it up i was given a full talk thru of the controls which was very helpful. will defiantly be returning for another car in the future. Will recommend Hamlet Motor Company 100%.

Disgraceful customer service, couldn't care less about helping anybody out, just makes everyone's lives hard. selling me a car with no logbook, organised a pick up (date and time) cant even mention they have no logbook so therefore it is not taxed. Around 6 weeks before actually getting the car, no money taken off but happy to give me an mot test--all of £40! When i finally got my car, it was sent back as the wing mirror was falling off and reverse sensors and stop/start did not work! For buying my first car, ive never had such a bad experience! but they do always mention they have 30+ years experience. Do not waste your time going to the garage, and do not let the other good reviews fool you like they fooled me! DISGRACEFUL! One good thing about that place was a guy called Lee, He was very helpful, reassuring and did anything to help!
