My pet hate is going car hunting....well it used to be...Not any more. Sean at Hogg Motor Company changed that for me. Recently purchased a Jaguar XE from Sean and it was the easiest transaction ever. None of the usual car salesman talk.... just here is the car, have a look, if you like it we will talk....talk we did, 10 minutes later we had bought the car. I had been searching for an Audi A4 Avant and it had to be an S Line Black Edition and to this end I contacted main dealers in Glasgow, Ayr etc. and I simply couldn't believe how poor the service was and how rude the 'sales team' were. Needed a couple of things done during warranty period, no problem to Sean & his team, first class service from start to finish, bought more expensive cars from a well known dealership and never received the service like I have from Hogg Motors.

The team at Hogg Motor Co were unbelievably helpful, made the process very straightforward and stress-free. They kept me up to date at every stage. After I confirmed I was buying it, they went out of his way to have the car MOT’d and serviced before my arrival to get it. The level of customer service received was extraordinary! I have just bought an Audi A7 from Sean at Hogg Motor Co, he is the most honest sales man going, left me alone to look around the car, gave me the keys to go for a test drive with the family on our own when other dealers would come along for the ride. He opened up on the Sunday for me to go and sort out the finance which went through with out a hitch!, I like that he doesn't call you every 5 mins unlike other dealers I have dealt with and that Sean said, I wont pester you with calls, take your time and if you don't want the car I wont keep trying the sales man pitch to get the sale.

Just bought a golf gtd off sean this morning. Beutiful car in tip top condition. Sean couldn't be any better at his job. He left me alone to view the car unlike Arnold Clark who are all over u like an ill fitting tracksuit. Very helpful. All the cars on the forecourt are in excellent condition and he flings in a 6 month warranty aswell. Couldn't be any happier

I have just bought a B Class Mercedes from Sean at Hogg Motors even though I wouldn't have thought this possible due to credit issues. However, Sean secured me finance for the vehicle quickly and at a better rate than I was offered at other major dealerships and by the finance company I had already been dealing with! Sean was helpful and honest about credit and his procedures and was even willing to have the house keys I left in my car at the garage, dropped to me at home. Hogg Motor Company will always be our first choice when looking for a new car!

I bought two cars from Sean this year, a BMW X5 and a BMW 535d. Both cars had to go back to Sean with small issues as could be expected from buying used cars with 70k miles on the clock. Although it was annoying to have to take the cars back a few times with niggling problems, Sean always had time for me, he always returned my calls and went out of his way to resolve the issues when I raised them. I Found him to be knowledgable and honest, he does not use pressure sales and does not hit you with all the sales chat. I would recommend Hogg used motors and would use them again.

Sean is probably the best car dealer I've ever dealt with. Extremely knowledgable and very easy to deal with. You just need to look at the cars he has in stock to realise you're dealing with a proper company. Highly recommended to anyone.
