Well what can I say The car was perfect , couple of bits I wasn’t happy with max was onto it straight away perfect service perfect car It was for my wife as a surprise max delivered it on the day he said he would Absolute gentleman Old school service don’t look no further you’ve already found the best!

Purchased my car based on very good pictures of the car,and Max's honest appraisal of the car.It was exactly as advertised.Came with a no quibble six months warranty too.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership,the car was even delivered free of charge

Max presented himself as a genuine guy and a professional car dealer, however the service I have received after the purchase is shocking. The following morning after receiving my C class Merc 2015 the auto stop start didn't work, Max said it must be the battery, so after many attempts to change it I gave up and got it done myself £197 a year later and not reimbursed despite chasing, Max has now stopped replying. Then after 3 months the engine management light came on, the warranty provided didn't cover diagnostic checks or main dealer labour rate, cut a long story short the engine light has been on three times and gone back to Mercedes three times at my cost. It is now back on again and due to go back to Mercedes on the in July, like one of the previous reviews this seems like a mirror image of their problems and experience only I cannot afford to change my car. Its cost me a fortune in time and money and all I wanted from Max was £197. I am self employed and the nock on effect of my car being in the garage is devastating I am very disappointed with Max as a person.

Purchased Ford Focus Estate 2.0 litre from Max Bradley Cars. Was as described on website, in excellent condition, car had loads of Ford extras, and i was shown how everything worked on test drive. Love the car, and would definitely buy from Max again. Excellent service, if you are after a top end second hand car i would definately give them a look. *******

Max Bradley Cars and Max came across as a decent family man but turned out not to be !!! Sold a dodgy Mercedes with bodged repairs ! Advertised as a pristine car with low Mileage !!!! Just TWO DAYS after buying, it started breaking down !!! All sorts of Engine lights came up !!! Been to two separate mechanics/garages so far and both of them say that I've been conned. Engine is strewn with deep rooted issues ! If one is fixed something else would crop up !!!! They strongly believed he has a dodgy mechanic working for him too ! churning out questionable mot reports !!! Tried calling Max but he wont reply to my messages or return my calls ! Seriously considering legal proceedings as the car wasn't "fit for purpose" to begin with !

Purchased CLK 350 mid October '17, 1st week realised main remote key didn't work, near side front tyre worn nearly illegal replaced these. November had to replace both rear tyres had no grip, advertised as "good tyres".December engine management light appears, had two independent garages put on diagnostic machine that read balance shaft in engine problems and advised a new engine was needed, had light reset but came back on two weeks later. back to garage and same diagnostic report and had light reset, this car had only covered 49,000 mls, i googled this and it is a defect on most Mercedes engines due to inferior materials. I have called Max twice early January and left two voice mails as never answered or replied.Have had to sell the car at a great loss to the trade after covering only 1,200 mls in three months,would i buy from Max again or Mercedes ? you decide !!

Max has been very helpful throughout, delivered car to me. All work [MOT & SER etc] carried out to my satisfaction. Nice guy to do business with. I recommend Max Bradley Cars.
