Bought a bmw 1 series convertable from Motor Planet in February 2019. For £4900. £7000 in total with finance Then I noticed a slight wining noise and had engine management light issues. Took car back to them. They said it was just spark plugs an they didn't check engine wine noise as they couldn't hear it. I reluctantly collected the car. Then by end of June 2019 the wining noise has cotton worse and the red oil can light appeared on dash. And had DTC issues also. Took the car to get looked at and it turned out the oil was full of metal shavings and was a serious problem requiring an engine rebuild or new engine.. Car is just sat outside the house useless as it wasn't cost efficient to fix. Barely had it 6 months and now I'm stuck with a 7 grand piece of scrap driveway and still got to pay it off for the next 2.5 years. Absolute nightmare experience.. Be safe and get an independent inspection before you purchase or you may end up working 7 days a week to get out from under it..

Firstly a BIG thankyou to Alan and John for their great service given from day 1.Have to say I bought my car blind. Saw their advert on Gum Tree and just from their advert that was the car I wanted and was going to buy.Spoke to them and agreed to place a deposit of more than the min asked for. My only problem was arranging to collect the car. I live in London and the car lived in Manchester. First we arranged for the car to be delivered to London but unfortunately the Truck driver fell ill and there would be a delay of one week. So I decided could not wait and arranged to drive and collect the vehicle myself. We had a lot of motorway problems getting to Manchester making our journey 8 hours.Planet Motors went out of their way to be on site for my arrival 9pm. Thankyou. Fell in love with my new car. Showed me the few things that needed attention on the body which from day one had been completely honest about.These were only super visual. Drove her back to London absolutely beautiful 2days later I drove my new car to Devon and back. For me I have tested my car with a few hundred miles and has been proven to one of the best choices I have ever made on buying a car especially as she was purchased blind.Cannot express enough to people who want to buy a new car to first check out Planet Motors because the one thing that they offer is complete honesty,good quality vehicles at more than reasonable prices,100% customer service,making you feel important and complete satisfaction purchasing one of their cars Will certainly buy my next car in the future if I can get out of the vehcile that I have already bought from them. I am happy with my Nissan Qashqai from Motor Planet. I bought it in January. The clutch went a couple of weeks after getting it but the warranty sorted that out no problem. Although the dealers didn't know a great deal about the cars they were helpful and friendly. I would recommend Motor Planet.

I bought a Mazda from here back in August. The carw as clean and in very good condition and really good value for money. I have had no serious issues with it up to now and the dealers were helpful and friendly. I would recommend.
