arranged to do 1 hour drive to veiw a vehicle to find no one there and that he had someone else also waiting to view the same vehicle and told me i hadnt said i was setting off and he tells every one to ring before leaving,,,,, everyone except me i guess. wouldnt give my money or time again, i drive off before dealing with him,,,,, guess i dodged a bullet reading the reveiws

Avoid garage at all cost,bought Ford Ka 2009 for my daughter. I,m glad I didn,t let her drive it,it is a death trap waiting too happen. It,s costing me £600 pounds to put car right so don,t trust this guy and stay well away. I,m lucky that I got home from wakefield.

Do not buy from this dealer.he is rude ignorant,big headed,a liar and a conman.bought a car he was rude from the start had issues from day one the back brakes were non existent 3 cracked tyres so shouldn't have passed mot. Had car 5 months head gasket went he said your not getting any money off me hung up on me was rude to mechanic tried calling and texting to no avail he ignores you if you have issues with car you bought he's greedy as no customer service skills whatsoever he's thick as #@!?#£ he thinks he knows the law but he doesn't.i ended up paying for the repair but then I went online to do money claim which of course he rejected ( what a surprise) he still thought he wasn't liable all he kept saying is the 3 months warranty is up blah blah blah.thats how daft he is he doesn't know that in 2015 the laws changed when buying a used car.up to 6 months he is liable for the repair after 6 months I'd have to prove the head gasket was going when he sold it me.hecwanted to do mediation I agreed he came with a pathetic offer which I turned down but the mediator knew I was right about my legal rights anyway Karl agreed to pay So PLEASE PLEASE avoid this Cowboy you will have nothing but a headache dealing with him

Bought a 2011 insignia from Karl that developed a whine from the gearbox while driving it home, reported it to Karl and took the car back, insignias have a well documented gearbox bearing issue but Karl had the problem fixed by having the worn bearings replaced by a gearbox specialist. I cannot daultvthe initial no pressure visit to view the car or any part of the process, easy, friendly and stress free, recommended unreservedly.

Recently purchased my Vauxhall Antara from Walton Cars Wakefield. I found Karl really helpful from my first visit and on collection of the car he was very polite and professional, making the whole process easy . The car was spotlessly clean and ready for collection as promised. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would purchase from here again .

Please be careful when your buying a car from Walton Cars in Wakefield, unfortunately Felt like I had been duped . Must admit some was my own fault for not getting more information and reading some forums . Payed to much for a start but it did have low mileage . List of jobs that needed doing 1 coil pack , 4 tires . bushes gone . exhaust box nearly out . rear shocker , gone coil spring gone . this was sold with MOT god help us all . They will take your money and you might get a better deal private take your time when purchasing go slowly . The above was only a few months in Doggy Dealers Beware.
