We happened to come across this family firm while searching for a 3 series BMW Coupe. I saw a lovely white 320 coupe and wrote it down on my list of dealers/ garages to ring. 150 miles away I thought I would look closer first but rang anyway, what struck me is the polite efficient non pushy way Joe (root) dealt with us. So after putting the phone down I arranged funds to the level I wanted and decided to look local at first knowing there was a car I knew I wanted and to see if one was closer. I received a curtious email with all the details from Joe and decided I would buy their BMW, from start to finish he made it simple, at no time was I pressured in any way and when I said about picking it up and completing the paper work but I had to get the train up with my wife he said he would get us picked up and driven to their premises. What I didn't expect is the owner to turn up in his own Mercedes two hours before he was due to go off to his villa in Spain to turn up, everything was done in thirty or so minutes, every detail taken care of and questions answered and explained including all the car functions, don't be afraid to ring if you even want info on a car they, 0260 Cars are a great firm.
