Outstanding Service

I purchased a Volvo XC90 2016 model from this company in perfect condition and I couldn’t be happier with the car. The service I received from start to finish was perfect. I sent an e mail of interest in the car on a Sunday and did not expect a response until Monday as they were shut Sunday’s, but I received a response straight away and continued it throughout the Sunday when the seller was supposed to be on his day off which was very appreciated. I was even allowed a viewing of the vehicle the very next morning after the seller shuffled round his appointments for me. I was made very welcome at the showroom and offered refreshments regularly. What I was most impressed with was the relaxed company from the seller and he wasn’t pushy like you may find from some car sellers. I was able to enjoy a good long inspection of the car without being hurried to sign any paper work. The car was an automatic which I was not used too, and I initially refused to give the car a drive myself but the seller insisted I give it a try, so I obliged and after he drove us a few miles down the road he pulled over and I jumped in the driver seat. The Support and encouragement I received was excellent as I was very nervous driving this enormous automatic and we made it back to the showroom in one piece.
