Buyers Beware of Abbott and Sons Ltd

I bought a car from Abbott and Sons Ltd, Director Martin Poore. Due to the many faults on the car and that they never provided the Extended Warranty I purchased with the car (they tried to give me a poor RAC equivalent which did not cover the work required) I was forced to take them to court. Just before the hearing Martin Poore liquidated his company and has now started up again under exactly the same name... Abbott and Sons Ltd. I would never buy a car from them again.
