just brought a peugoet 3008 drove lovely it was nice clean inside and out very nice sale person called jay explain everything about the car to me would i buy from this company again yes
I was drawn to a Ford Ka (new model) I couldn't tear my mouse away!! ..... chatted on line to a virtual assistant who took my details. This was then followed up with a courtesy call and thus the deal was done!!. Daniel was friendly and helpful. he answered any/all my questions and made himself available at anytime should I need to contact him. Everything was easy to do such as a deposit and final payment. The car was delivered by a designated driver via a pick-up lorry to my door. All very friendly and professional. And they were willing to take my car in part exchange. If you are looking...then look no further, if you are thinking of buying then don't buy any where else. They really are a great company to go to and deal with 5*
Messed me about for nearly a month over Christmas saying car being mot and need a part when finally found car mot was done on mot web site phoned for viewing only to be told car sold when asked why I was not informed it had mot the sales man said customer purchased on line never even looked at the car as it was just what he was looking for low mileage and good price . I said that was the reason I went to view in the first place he then replied well you should have put a deposit on it then I said at no stage was I offered to put a deposit as the car was at the Norwich depot for mot and valet and would be contacted as soon as it came back no answer was given . I then wrote to Adam Walters giving full details or my experience and my views on his sales team leaving my e mail address if he would like to respond in any way .. not a single word in response obviously condones the way his business is run
Appeared friendly- salesman Peter at Walters Norwich at the start but after care was shocking, nothing but problems afterwards. All my savings have gone and still left with car problems. DON’T EVER buy from Adam Walters Cars, go to a main dealer.
Adam Walters from Adam Walters Cars in response to Awful
Hi, I just wanted to ask if you would be kind enough to contact us directly? We have no record of selling a vehicle to a Brenda T, and as such have little to no idea what this complaint is referring to? We are always here to help and would encourage anyone with an issue to contact us directly for support rather than leave defamatory comments online. We know we will always do our best to help but without any information about the nature of your issue, and no contact details for yourself, it's impossible for us to assist you further. Kind regards, Adam and team.
Don't consider any1 else if your in the market for a new car. The service received at Adam Walters Cars was exceptional, just a shame Trevor supports arsenal.
I am really pleased with my Audi A5 from Adam Walters Cars. I have had it for a while now and not had any issues that haven't been resolved directly by Audi. The dealers were really helpful and friendly and the car was a very good price.I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.
Absolutely horrible experience. Bought a used 57 plate BMW 1 series from them, firstly the back speakers were blown and the air vents make a funny squealing noise. After a week (yes, only a week!) it had developed a noise from one of the bearings that drives the cam belt (powers the alternator, power steering, water pump etc) so brought it in to them. At first Adam seemed sure that everything was fine and that he would drive it for months like it is, until the car started vibrating! Not something you want from a £4700 car. Even though it was a very unhealthy grinding noise, Adam told me that this normal. I insisted the noise be addressed, to which he finally accepted and directed me to the garage. The mechanics there told me that they'd book me in for an appointment on Tuesday (this was a Saturday) and said the car would be fine to drive until then, with these often lasting months with these noises. I happily accepted, and drove off. Only that on the way home, my dash turns into a Christmas tree of warning lights and my ears are filled with the rings of boings! The bearing had ceased and the belt had snapped. Fantastic. I was left, on a roundabout with no power-steering and a very unhealthy sounding BMW. I pulled the car into the pub that is thankfully at that roundabout and stopped it straight away, and the car engine was steaming. After inspection, my fears were confirmed and the bearing had ceased. It'll last for months they said. Clearly know nothing about cars, my warranty is parts only and, this may have caused deeper issues with the engine which Adam would like to charge me to fix I'm sure! He isn't getting a penny, especially after telling me the car would be fine for months with this noise. Thoroughly disappointed that I put my trust in this dealership. I now have no car, no money and no way of getting to work. This situation happened simply based on their recommendations. I wanted to leave the car like this to prevent further damage, but they made me feel confident that none could occur. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Whilst we welcome honest and accurate reviews, both good and bad, I was disappointed to read this review so long after the event (June 2016). I did genuinely think the pulley noise would be fine to drive until the following week when it was booked in to be addressed, but unfortunately it seized and threw the auxiliary belt off. As BMW's are chain driven and don't have a rubber cambelt, there was never any risk to the engine, hence why I was happy for him to drive the car. Once informed of the seized pulley, we promptly addressed the situation and replaced the pulley and the the aux belt. We also supplied a new water pump free of charge as a precaution. As a gesture of goodwill since, we provided Jake with a 12 month warranty free of charge and resolved the dispute fully. I understand he is now happy with how it was resolved, and I personally apologise that on this occasion my advice was wrong, just proves we are all human... but we sorted it all in the end, there was certainly no intention to get out of the repair, it just deteriorated faster than I envisaged. Hopefully Jake will be kind enough to confirm the amicable outcome. Regards Adam

I confirm that as Adam has stated, I am now happy with the outcome and he has handled the incident professionally and calmly. I would now give Adam Walters cars 4 stars for their after purchase service.
Really happy with how everything went at Adam Walters cars! I bought an Audi A6 from them in May and I am really happy with it. It was lovely and clean and In really good condition and was an excellent price. I would recommend them for sure.
Amazing company! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. As a new driver and buying my first car Adam Walters have done everything they can to help me. I bought an older model Smart car and experienced difficulties with it. Adam Walters were so kind doing everthing they can to help. I have felt supported and listened to throughout. All the staff are extreemly proffesional and kind. I have recommended them to friends and family. Anyone looking to buy a car from a trustworthy company should look no further.
I felt that I had to put into words the terrific way in which you at "Adam Walters Cars" recently dealt with my purchase of a Mercedes M L. The fact that you wouldn't sell the car to me as you were expecting a person to view who was on his way from some distance, pointed out to me the honourable way in which you trade, only after he had viewed and his unwillingness to proceed immediately did you agree to sell it to me. The car was prepared to your usual high standard and the plates were fitted absolutely perfectly, thank you to Adam for the gift, Ross for your help and especially to Debbie for seeing everything through to the end. You really do go the extra mile.......... I shall have no hesitation in recommending you to others. My thanks and regards Barry and Pam.
