Servicing - Totally useless and clueless
The service area is staffed by a bunch of clueless monkeys who don't have one neuron between them. This is not my first bad experience, it happens time after time. Car, VW Polo had a faulty drivers window switch which need replacing under warranty. Upon contacting them the receptionist stated that perhaps I should try VW as they were Ford, really? After two further days of trying to talk to someone the car was booked in for repair. Their booking procedure is antiquated and outdated and nobody calls you back. Car went in for repair but upon collection it was noticed that a large part of the door card was dented and badly marked! The service monkey must have taken a crow bar to the door instead of a trim tool!!!! Yet another lengthy process to get it re-booked!!! Customer service is non existent and I doubt very few technicians are fully trained. Plenty of good local independents about who care and are authorised to carry out repairs and servicing using genuine VW parts.
