So if your reading this youve probably already bought a car from crow road possibly already regretting it …. So I bought a £15k car from them when I arrived on the agreed day to collect the car was in valet and the inside was still wet so couldn’t get a good look around anyway I did all the paperwork and drove off the forecourt ready for my 130 mile drive home when I got home I phoned them to address a few concerns. The sales guy was unavailable to take my call and he would call me back never did I called again the next day and it was the same receptionist who took my call the previous previous day eventually get a call back 2days later So there’s no owners manual there’s no service history book there’s a slow puncher in rear tyre and finally there was 2 stone chips in windscreen now when paying full value for a car you expect these to be here ohh and here’s the exciting bit I traded in my old car to Robert the sales guy to tell me it’s only worth £50 as it’s previously a insurance write off not to my knowledge but fair enough he then told me it would be scrapped as they couldn’t sell that vehicle on. To my belief the car was crushed. NOPE the car is now forsale on Facebook marketplace I’ve been a long customer at Arnold clarke for many years and for sure this will be my last. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced worst after sales I’ve experienced PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP
