Last car I’ll buy

Absolutely sick to the back teeth of Arnold Clark VW Glasgow. Told one thing and the rest don’t add up from getting no where with sales person to then going to James galbrieth to then Chris henshaw who I have got to say shouldn’t be a manager of a garage his attitude, his language his customer service skills absolutely disgraceful. 3rd car I’ve bought and rest assured the last one I will ever buy. If the problem that I’ve been chasing up for 14 weeks I will be getting trading standards involved. Car was disgusting when left the garage through mot and service, window wipers not working right, 2 chunks out tyres one of which suppose to be brand new, one key when told there was 2 14 weeks to actually get a key still waiting to get it programmed to which I was told it was booked In phoned garage that’s suppose to be programming it and nothing booked in. Honestly worse customer service ever
