Vauxhall Carsold that is not Road Worthy

On 15/09/2023 I purchased the Vauxhall Corsa SA72 FHB Since taking possession of the goods, I have had the following issues: 15/9 Tyre Warning came on 16/9 Return for Tyre Warning Light; 18/9 Tyre Warning came on AM Return for Tyre Warning Light PM; 30/9 Warning message “Airbag(s) or seat belt(s) pretensioner fault “ came on and phone and told to return on Monday 2nd October 3/10 Car still with dealer and only picked ten 4/10 we sent the car to an official Vauxhall Dealer to check the car and a number of faults were identified by the diagnostic system. They have suggested due to a wiring issue. Photos of diagnostic readout sent to Paul Curran and CC Paul Taylor on 4/10 Have been told the above issues have not shown up in Arnold Clark checking of the car and the problems have been caused by myself and the car is fine and there are no issues. The car is now with an Independent vauxhall service centre and they have been looking into the wiring issues and found further sensor issue. I have been without car for 18 days. Conclusion either Arnold Clark Linwood techincal team is incompetent or the Sales Team is not telling the truth as they kept telling me that they find no faults when another Vauxhall Service centre has found so many issues and Arnold Clark when contacted by Vauxhall admitted there is a software Recall, which they did not admit it when we had all these issues. Stay away from Arnold Clark Vauxhall Linwood.
