poor after sales care

On the day I would have said everything was great, the car was exactly what I needed and everything went smoothly enough. The after sales is where they let themselves down, they promised me an extra key and it took over 3 months of constant chasing and being passed from pillar to post for me to eventually get it, I dread to think what it would be like if the issue had been something more serious.
