Very poor

I bought a van from here in February and I have had nothing but trouble with it. It wasn't as described at all, there was a lot of damage on it and the service from Arnold Clark in Sighthill was very poor. They took forever to deliver the van and were very reluctant to help with any of the issues. It feels like once they have your deposit, they don't want to talk to you. I won't be using Arnold Clark again.
