Poor service- Stafford Arnold Clark
We made a deal on a car, We trusted the dealer to give a honest opinion of the car and point out any marks or issues related to the care. We put trust into the dealer with the vehicle being from Stafford and being collected from Newcastle Arnold Clark. Upon collection of the vehicle, we noticed a few stone chips on the vehicle which should have been pointed out. Fare enough stone chips can happen at any time, but should be nice to be let known of the true vehicle condition. If this was mentioned before this may of not been a issue. The dealer was seem to move at all to offer any discount for this inconvenience. Rather cheeky the sales man tried to offer touch point to correct the marks. The salesman tried to say we checked the car through and through before it was sent and the stone chips occurred during transit. Again if this was true, this should of been pointed out. The salesman wasn't prepared to meet us in the middle of any negotiation. He wasn't to fussed to help or suggest ideas for a customer. I thought this was poor professional service. If honesty was provided from the start, there be no issue today.
