Awful customer service

I was recommended to Auto Elite as being extremely high quality and professional via my finance company due to the fact that I was unable to travel to view the car prior to purchase (I live on an island). After a long stressful journey (75 miles by ferry and train with a hyperactive child) to collect my car I was taken into the office and whisked through the paperwork extremely quickly and given my keys. Upon taking possession of the vehicle I discover that it has a head restraint missing in the rear, the parcel shelf is missing and there is a significant rip in the drivers seat.. the company are prepared to do NOTHING! The vehicle was advertised as having service history and HAS NONE! I have tried several times to contact the company and resolve these issues but they fail to respond. Very very bad service. Misleading advertising. Poor quality vehicle which in it's first week of being mine needed 4 new tyres, two of which were 'replaced' for the MOT with extremely badly cracked part worn tyres and the two rear tyres being badly worn (no visible tread) on the inside edges.
