Awful service - do NOT go there

Do not use Auto Elite. Faulty car, broken down twice in just over 3 months,, missing parts which were ordered incorrectly FIVE times by them, in the end we had to order and collect the part for them. In the end the car had to be towed back to them I have requested a full refund, they are ignoring my calls, my emails and my recorded letters. Having sort legal advice they are breaking the law and I am taking the necessary action. Their customer service is non-existent, they are incompetent and an absolute joke, although I do not find this situation funny just very stressful.
