Really delivered after poor expectations

After viewing a 3 series at Autoroute Car Centre I put £500 deposit down to secure the vehicle. When i got home, I read many poor reviews about this garage. Needless to say, I started looking very closely at the vehicle I bought and if I'm really honest, started to pick holes purely because of the reviews I had read. I raised a number of concerns with the garage and Rob dealt with every issue I raised immediately and fully. After returning to pay the remaining £7500, I took the car away and within a couple of hundred miles I had a warning light appear but the garage dealt with this swiftly. I can honestly say after putting down my deposit and reading the naff reviews that I thought I had lost £500. But these guys have gone above and beyond both pre sale and aftercare to ensure that my car is what it should be. Definitely recommend.
