Avoid this dealer at all cost

After checking the paperwork (including HPI check) Autoroute Car Centre had on a Mercedes SLK i placed a £500.00 deposit on the vehicle. The following day when I had a HPI check completed the vehicle was shown to have outstanding finance and 4 mileage discrepancies against it that did not show on the dealers paperwork/HPI check. The dealer claimed my HPI check was wrong and theirs was correct and refused to give back the deposit, later the same day HPI confirmed the 4 discrepancies were correct. After trying to discuss this with the dealer they then would not return calls, reply to e mails or respond to letters. This was put into the hands of the credit card company but the dealer has still not responded. No wonder they have so many bad reports against them as they cannot be trusted along with any paperwork they supply..
