Excellent service with good communicatio

The mark of a company is how they handle problems. I bought a Jag Sportbrake which had a towbar electrics problem a week after I took delivery. Jason was apologetic but took the matter in hand and got the issue resolved quickly to my satisfaction. He also sold a car on my behalf which went through without issues. He kept me informed throughout the process and paid me promptly after the car was sold. All in all I'm very happy with the service he provided.
