Good when taking your money

I think I would have got an equal if not better service from a non BMW dealer. A number of things wrong on the vehicle when viewed which meant I couldn't even test drive the car after a 110 mile pre-arranged round trip to them. Issues fixed only to return and find 2 more issues which they promised they would sort under warranty to find 4 weeks after the sales I'm still waiting. Also an alloy wheel damaged by them has been so tightly put back on that (obviously with a machine not by hand as suggested by their own standards) that the security bolt has now snapped with half in my wheel and half out. Waiting for weeks for a refund too relating to another matter with them. Berry BMW Heathrow are complete amateurs!
