Had a dreadful experience with buying a car from a large dealership at beginning of last year, and car was so bad ended up getting money back! Went to Biscuit just before Christmas on spec and what a contrast! Salesman (Richard) was extremely polite and helpful, no pressure even after test drive, and helped every step of the way with transaction. Could not be more pleased with the way he treated us. The car is just as expected and described and myself and my wife are well pleased with it. A couple of minor issues arose after collection which were dealt with on a booking as soon as I was free to get the car in, and the chap in charge of the procedure (Liam) was every bit as helpful and polite as salesman. On current performance, will have no hesitation in returning to them when this car needs replacing in 2or 3 years' time.
