Awful service, they do not want to sell
We have had an absolutely awful experience with Brindleys in Wolverhampton. We saw a car on their website and Autotrader last week. We work full time so drove there on Saturday to enquire and was told that they didn't have a Hyundai Bayon in stock. We had just seen it on the forecourt outside! When questioned further the salesman checked on the internet, so obviously doesn't know what stock they have? He then told us it was sold? He didn't even know he had it to begin with. Over the weekend we noticed that it wasn't showing as sold, so we enquired and Rebecca told us that it was indeed still for sale. So we arranged to go after work today for a test drive. We pulled up on the car park at 5.30pm and my husbands phone started ringing and it was Rebecca. We explained that we had just arrived and she said that we couldn't test drive the car, because it wasn't there. The service department are apparently still using it and it wasn't going to be returned to the forecourt tonight. It was in fact being left on another customers driveway. So we have now had 2 wasted journeys and used petrol unnecessarily. We are absolutely fuming with the way that we have been treated. You are also advertising a car that is technically not for sale and still being used daily by your service department. No doubt the mileage will now be higher than the 4235 that you are advertising it at! So anyone who wants to buy a car from these beware.
