THANK GOD THIS GARAGE HAS CLOSED DOWN AND NOBODY ELSE CAN BE RIPPED OF BY THEM. THEY HAD MY DAUGHTERS CAR FOR A MONTH TO DO AN 8 HOUR JOB FOR THE ENGINE TO THEN BLOW UP AFTER 400 MILES. THEY WOULD NOT REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY EVEN THOUGH FIAT UK WOULD HAVE PAID THE BILL... SUSPICIOUS..... FIAT PULLED OUT OF THIS FANCHISE DUE TO THE SERVICE WE WERE GIVEN AND THEN BRISTOL STREET MOTORS LIED CONTINUOUSLY TO THE MOTOR OMBUSMAN. STAFF LIED AND USED SHOCKED TACTICS TELL MY DAUGHTER SHE WOULD HAVE AN ACCIDENT IF UNNEEDED WORK WASN'T CARRIED OUT, TRADING STANDARDS WERE INVOLVED SERVICE WAS SHOCKING THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR RATING

My Partner and I purchased a fiat 500 from the company last week, and when we initially agreed a deal we were promised a 'Diamondbrite' car protection product to be included as part of the deal. However when we have collected the car the Business Manager for the dealership at that time has claimed we had somehow agreed to not having the product in the deal. The manager was incredibly unhelpful and to all intents and purposes called us liars, he was dismissive and since trying to resolve the issue we have experienced the same level of service from other members of staff at the dealership. The sales staff were helpful and knowledgeable however the whole experience was terrible, and I would urge others to go elsewhere for their cars. Truly Terrible
