Bought my car during lockdown, communication fantastic initially until deposit paid but following deposit payment not so responsive. Car was described as ‘excellent condition’ I would describe as good to average: Great service initially, car was brought to Devon for me to view which was helpful but it was brought to me during a cold spell & as a result roads were gritted & the car was covered in road film so as a result I was unable to inspect paintwork properly. When delivered the weather was still cold & roads gritted. Following a good clean I noticed the car bodywork was far from excellent. I did flag a few issues which could have been easily rectified but unfortunately dismissed in a defensive manner. I have rectified most of the issues flagged out of my own pocket. Needless to say a 5 star rating requires 5 star service. If my initial experience of service was consistent from start to finish then would have rated 5 star but I think 3 star is more than fair.
