Amazing after sales service provided

I bought a Kia Sportage and the car is absolutely lovely, I mean I've only driven it once as the partner is using it mainly, but we are both very happy with it. There was a bit of an issue at the beginning, I wasn't happy with the standard of the brakes. It was sorted within 1 phone call. Canvey Carriage Company picked the car up, delivered me a courtesy car, replaced the brake disc and pads and dropped it back off, within days. I was really really impressed and I would certainly use them again to buy a car. I dealt with Steve mainly and he was brilliant, I couldn't have asked for much more from him, very straight talking and upfront. He was on top of everything, organised, no pressure, kept me informed the whole time, just really good customer service. I highly recommend.
