Put the customer first

In all the years I've bought cars Ive never known a dealer like Canvey Carriage or customer service like it. I bought a Vauxhall Insignia, and the car developed quite a few issues. The lads at the dealership was great, they offered to repair the car or to return the car and swap it for something else. I pondered on it and then took them up on the offer to swap, they have been really really good. I've mainly dealt with Paul and he has been brilliant. I know I may be in a different situation right now had I bought elsewhere, so thank you.
