Appalling - taken our money , no car , r

Changed the price after everything was signed and V5 transferred and they still have £11k of our money and no car - exploitative and fraudulent . Handed from person to person , turns out they made an error with our ref , we pointed it out 4 times , we were honest and vigilant , they were not . Plus blatant discrimination - 2 financially independent females and male approval sought by salesman
