very disappointing
I bought a Nissan Pulsar at the end of February 2020 which I had to have adapted due to my mobility issues. Once I had paid the money any semblance of customer service from the salesman went out of the window. We were ignored as we waited, a long time, for some formalities to be finished. Our "adviser" at one point walked straight past us as if we were not there! I had paid for the extra package which included cleaning materials which were not in the car and had to be asked for 3 times. That package is not cheap. The car has developed two expensive faults after their warranty expired. I think it was overpriced as well as the poor service. I am not going there again in future and I would not recommend them to anyone.
