So slow

I put a deposit on a car almost 2 weeks ago everytime I call I get told that I will receive a call back to let me know what’s happening and not once has anyone called me back ,the wait is rediculous!! I have said that I don’t currently have a car and am relying on other transport i also need to book the train to get to Doncaster and they just don’t seem bothered at all ,absolutely disgusting how long it has taken to get the car!
