Disappointed!!

Got a car which is totally different specification wanted. The sat nav aren’t working either. Got a buy back agreement and the whole company aren’t really taking the responsibility to solve the issue. Been calling the branch for so many times and travelling to the branch for six times now for nothing been resolved. Mainly what they focus are just sell their car and no sense of responsibility.
