Terrible service.

I bought a car on line click and collect .to be transferred to Northampton store .for pick up on Saturday. Paid transfer fee and deposit. Know contact from them tried to contact them all week to confirm. Couldn’t get hold of them. Went to collect it and was told it’s gone to auction. Absolutely fuming
