Good even on phone, once I saw the vehicle i wanted i set my heart on it...i actually sent my hubby to get this as it was in Walsall. The guy we dealt with was very pleasant, i spoke over the phone and he was very helpful and friendly. Even when my hubby lost a set of keys by the time he got home the dealership gave some great advice that they maybe in the car and so they was.Im dead fussy and love it spotless, i thought it was clean, bent over backwards for us, gave my hubby a cup of tea when he went to Central.
