They were human in a sense that they were honest with you and upfront. I dont believe they do too much on them prior to sale so they offer a 1 month unconditional warranty incase anything goes wrong. In my case there was a few teething problems which were sorted out. I have marked them a 3 in this area as it could be done quicker but i suppose they are busy and really understand this. My Vauxhall Astra was immaculate inside and out and would say it was a very decent experience that would leave me to recommend them to people looking to buy a car
