Buyer beware

Buyers beware at Vertu Teesside I recently purchased a new M135i. Under Covid unable to test drive. I contacted Teesside Vertu to discuss options of returning the vehicle with a refund. We had read something on BMW website which suggested this was an option. It was not. They did not accept my reasons for wanting to return. I bought the car in good faith and accept my decision to buy. So tried to part exchange for another vehicle. But would not give me anywhere close to the 35400 paid. Had one potential deal which on further investigation the X1 was not available and wanted more money than originally thought. I have contacted both the dealer and BMW customer service neither helped in anyway. Vertu made me an offer to buy back at 28.5k only 3 weeks after purchase. So buyers beware the after sales service terrible. They even said they wanted to keep me happy as a customer. The final insult is the head of the dealership who said he would investigate has not had the decency to respond direct. Have now gone to Mercedes who have been brilliant.
