LOVELY CHAP BUT AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

As I said david extreme pleasant chap but terrible work ethics. Im a sale executive in motor industry so probably expect same service from others. The car i bought 718 boxster had these issues, 1.roof didn't work £500 2. Rear parking sensor didn't work 3.car wasn't dirty but paint flat needed Polish 4. Upon collection was told ,"needs mot in 3 weeks" 5.the warranty isn't worth anything if you don't live near his unit and I live 110 miles away. This means he hides behind that fact. 6.the windscreen had 2 holes in that had been polished so you couldn't see till having used wipers in rain. 7.the car hadn't been serviced but he'd reset the lights. On a porsche this is a no no. He did say its his pals that obviously couldn't afford to run it. And the kicker is he changed the price agreed on in 10 mins upped it £700. The place isn't a proper dealer ship just a unit which makes the whole deal when buying expensive cars very fragmented as no office to sit in. Great chap to speak with but awful bussines ethics so instead of going to trading standards for the £1200 im out of pocket, im going to put this up as a warning to anyone dealing with him..DO YOU RESEARCH ON THE CAR FIRST.. They are machines and they go wrong it's how you deal with the things that go wrong.
