Very unprofessional

I put a deposit on a car. Went to view once they said it was ready and in showroom condition. The 18 math old car was filthy inside, had a hole in the carpet, badly scratched rear windows, and numerous other things. You do expect some wear and tear but that was ridiculous. When my partner pointed out some faults he turned and became very unpleasant. We walked away in disgust. Took 4 was to get my deposit back. Would never give him my business.
