DO NOT PURCHASE this guy speils off what he can to sells his cars but i have had nothing but issues i tried contacting Edward but says it is not his problem. I had to go to a mechanic and pay £600 to get the issue fixed STRONG WARNING TO EVERYONE AVOID E.J.D!!!!!!

Cock attitude, me nice guy! He has his warranty with..Warrantyassist. (Motor Angel) they have a poor reputation. Avoid at a lot of costs! You have to pay a diagnosis charge of £72 for start, was told it would be refunded if the work was carried out at the garage they recommended,I did that, Still trying to get that £72 back, Motor Angel, contributed NOTHING! to the repairs,leaving me out £322.BE AWARE! EJD SHEFFIELD and his warranty company.

On first impressions Ed was great, very helpful, not pushy and seemed knowledgeable about the car. Unfortunately a fault was picked up on the test drive that never got resolved before purchase (despite being on the receipt). All sorts of weird and wonderful excuses and delay tactics were employed including being told to wait a month until the fault could be rectified under warranty (which isn’t worth the paper it’s written on). 6 months on the fault has now been fixed at my own substantial cost. Very disappointed in general with the after sales support and wish I’d purchased elsewhere.

Just purchased a Range Rover TDV8 from Edward and what an Honest man he is. Car was totally as described other than a hiccup about a Tow Bar. One phone call to Edward and problem solved immediately. Great Service from a Great Dealer.

Our experience was of a person who was polite, courteous, helpfull, and fully knowledgeable about the product we had come to view. As the vehicle was due an MOT this was arranged and carried out by an independant MOT station, thereby giving us the cofidence of a totally independent inspection. Additionally we requested a service, and this was also agreed to and again an independent specialist company was used, further giving us the confidence we were seeking. We were offered a warranty, and again that was supplied by a nationally known company, Warranty Wise as we have seen on ITV. Altogether a very satisfactory purchasing experience.

If you value your hard earned cash avoid this dealer at all costs. We bought our car in September and have had nothing but trouble rear diff issue, bent wheel, worn tyre and he put it a years MOT on it with no adviseries (not his problem he says ) we have to take it up with the garage. Not the response you ecpect from a trader thats been trading for 30years. We are pursuing our issue's with this trader further although he has refused to do anything for us with an "engine noise" that was identified at the point of sale.If you do buy from this dealer avoid the " Warranty catch" this is not worth the paper it's wrote on everything is down to the age and milegae of the vehicle..........I informed this trader my husband had fallen ill whilst all this was going on and he couldnt even pass his best wishes on surely this speaks volumes of the type of man he is.
