WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I have been a Motability customer since 1984, I have had two cars from Evans Halshaw Citroen in Stoke, the first time was not a great experience and Motability even gave me compensation for the service I received with my new car order, I thought it should have been Evans Halshaw since the errors were theirs not Motabilities, the second order was better but the third order is an ongoing nightmare, I went to place the order in December 2016, I am still waiting for the car but now know I will never get it, first off I was advised I couldn't order the car until I had changed from DLA to PIP, after a year of trying to get that sorted I finally found out that as a War Pensioner that was not the truth, so I ordered a new car, months went by but each time I contacted the Evans Halshaw I was given a progress report, the engines are being changed due to emission measures, the car is on the production line, the car is finished and awaiting delivery to the UK, the car is on it's way to the UK then the car has NEVER been ordered and the salesman was lying to me and apparently many other customers so has been sacked. you can't order the new car at the moment as the factory is not taking any new orders until next month but after phoning a number of other dealers who were happy to take the order knowing of no ban on new orders at the Citroen plant. Evans Halshaw did offer to wave the £113 Motability deposit payment but I had, had enough of their lies, I went to a Citroen Dealership in Stafford and placed an order with them, I am expecting my new car within a month, 23 months later than I should have received the new car. and TWO YEARS since I first approached Evans Halshaw to place the order, I have had to have all the tyres replaced, a new clutch (took over a month to repace) a repair to the new clutch and more servicing and MOT appointments because my existing car is so old now, After placing the order with the dealership in Stafford I received an email from Evans Halshaw to say they are no longer a Motability or even a Citroen dealership having lost the franchise with them both, so I never would have received my new car from them. I am currently taking legal action against Evans Halshaw for compensation for their lies and incompetence.
