I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from the used car department. I made a 7-hour round trip to test drive a car that I was initially interested in buying. I put down a £700 deposit, but changed my mind within three days. I let the Shaun Belt know of my decision, but it has been four months since then and I have not yet received my deposit back. The dealership has tried to take £300 off of my deposit, despite the fact that I did not purchase the car and let them know of my decision within three days. I understand that they may have incurred some administrative costs, but I do not believe that it is fair to keep £300 of my deposit. I have called the dealership many times over the past four months, and have been promised that management would call me and send me a breakdown of the administrative costs. However, I have not received anything from the dealership other than empty promises. I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received from the used car department. The staff have been unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership
