Poor customer service

Bought a Vauxhall Corsa VXR VX racing edition from Exclusive Autos. Lovely car can’t fault the actual car itself even though it’s not perfect, car has no service history, always have my cars checked over by my own mechanics, very lucky I have friends in the know. When I received the car it was serviced by my garage found to have no air filter ( possibly previous owners doing). Apart from that the car was as seen in the advert. In very good condition considering it being a 2009 vehicle. The actual communication from exclusive Autos I would say woeful at best and that’s being polite. Constant questions unanswered by them. In the end because I know about cars and had plans for it anyway I took a punt. Still haven’t received the V5 document we are now nearly in April bought the car end of February. Weren’t interested in me due to the fact the car wasn’t a high end motor. Never mind I got what I wanted in the end no thanks to the them. If your buying a high end car from them I’m sure they are very good. However I’ve always been led to believe you should look after every single customer no matter who they are or how much they are spending. I think it what we call in this country GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
