Purchased a car in February 2014 from Express Motors London. Car was lovely (Golf MK5) but unfortunately there were many flaws in their advert. I got home, central locking didn't work and no alarm on the car as stated. I had to go several times back and forth from south London to east to get the faults sorted. Reported to trading standards as they lied about some of the work done to the car. They only fixed half the jobs on the car and the boss always went into hiding when i came round. They eventually paid out once I called the police who than advised to log a call with trading standards again. I will NEVER use this dealer again. Terrible customer service. WATCH OUT for the warranty clause..it has very limited cover.
