Awful customer service

When trying to get a car on finance, they did everything to help me get a car. Once I had it, they didn’t want to know. Starter motor went within a month, timing belt and clutch needed changing. As soon as I rang up with complaints about the vehicle, they wasn’t interested. I ended up paying for new motor. They promise to reimburse me and every time I rang it was the same b.s excuses with we’ll ring you back. The director was always ‘sick’. Glad they were shut down, I would gladly get arrested for beating 1 of the staff up
