Very bad company

Well where do i start i had a car from these con artists a yr and a half ago i was basically forced into taking out extra cover incase something went wrong with the car well i broke down last week towed to a garage told my bottom end of engine has gone so need new engine i tried to ring fowlers since saturday now Wednesday no answer at all so i went down fowlers and they have now changed name to car finance today so went inside asked if this was fowlers their reply was yes so i thought this is strange so i explained about the car and my extra cover and the woman was more botherd that it was alot of mither for her like is she for real i was told they will send a truck out now we are still waiting!!!!! Fowlers you are not getting another penny from me and am seeking legal advice as iv been missold cover and i want other peoe to think twice about getting a car from these people as they wont last long my car is serviced every 6 months... Avoid at all cost unless you want to be left without a car they really dont care after they sell you the faulty cars and rip off cover for engines etc avoid avoid avoid iv contacted watchdog and trading standards and ombusman about fowlers finance
