False Advertisement and not transparent

I travelled from London to Liverpool (over 4 hours) to view vehicle WD69NJV after being assured several times that it had no damage or issues. When I arrived, the car had obvious and significant damage that was never mentioned beforehand. In my experience, this felt like the dealership was hiding the vehicle’s condition to get people to travel and view it. The staff member who greeted us was dismissive, offered no apology, and simply said we didn’t have to buy it — then walked away. There was no customer care or accountability at all. This was a complete waste of time, effort, and fuel. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and double-check everything in writing before travelling. Based on my experience, this dealership is not transparent about the condition of their vehicles.
