Very poor after service

I bought a user Mercedes from GG Steel Caenby Corner Garage. While the actual purchase was a pleasant experience shortly after buying the car I realised there was a problem with passenger side wing mirror not heating up and over extending out when opening the doors after unlocking the car. The car went back three times. I was told they changed the wing mirror module, the ecu and an expert in Grimsby said it was a wiring fault somewhere in the car. Allegedly the over extending issue solved but not able to sort out the mirror heater. I decided to take a second opinion and took her to Listers in Lincoln. They knew exactly what the problem was, changed the wing mirror body (strange according to GG Steel they had done that!) and I have a fully functioning wing mirror again. Took not more than 45 minutes and included a car valet. Not sure if I was mislead by GG Steel as they didn't want to fund the repair or if their mechanics were out of their depth. I would never use them again. Very disappointed that a company I thought could be trusted behaved in such a manner. Beware.
