Very poor post-sale service

Avoid Glyn Hopkin - very poor post-sale service. Failure to answer emails, messages or telephone calls. When I went to pick up my brand new Kia in August from Glyn Hopkin Kia East London, there was a small dent on the car (yes that’s correct, not second hand or used car but a dent on a BRAND NEW car!). Dennis was very apologetic and said if I come back another day he will get the dent taken out. Naturally I was extremely disappointed, however as I had travelled over 200 miles especially to pick the car up, I had no choice to take the car and agreed with Dennis that I’ll contact him when I’m back in London again in the future to get the dent sorted out. For my inconvenience, Dennis promised to order a free accessory (windscreen protector worth only about £60) and post it to me. It's been 3 months and there is still no update on the windscreen protector I was promised. I have been chasing Dennis and Glyn Hopkin East London for weeks now, I have sent numerous email, spoke to 3 or 4 people and left several messages, but still no update. It seems they are not interested in keeping up their promises or even get back to you once they have your money. Very poor post-sales customer service, I would not recommend this company and will never buy anything from Glyn Hopkin ever again.
